By registering for this class series, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation in dance classes involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, accidents, or other physical injuries.
La Luz Dance Co., its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost items, or damages that may occur during or around the class, including in the studio, building, parking areas, hallways, or surrounding premises.
Parking is at your own risk. Please follow all posted signs and building rules. La Luz Dance Co. is not responsible for tickets, towing, theft, or damage to vehicles.
Students must arrive on time. If you arrive late, please enter quietly and join without interrupting the class.
Registration is required for the full 5-week series. No drop-ins allowed.
All payments are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after registration is completed.
Classes may involve partner work and close physical movement. By participating, you agree to do so at your own discretion and responsibility.
